The Augustana Vikings Athletic teams will once again collecting new, unwrapped toys for the “Vikes for Tykes” Christmas campaign. During all Vikings games throughout November and December, please bring a new toy to the games and help make sure each child in the Camrose area has a toy or two under the tree on Christmas Day.

City of Camrose Canada 150 “Light up the Night” New Year’s Eve

Featuring a Much Music Video Dance Party with Intelligent Laser Light show, Path of Lights, Winter Fairies, Free illuminated swimming (until 9pm), Free skating during the dance, 50 year Time Capsule display, Lot of giveaways, Countdown at 9pm, and the Concession with free hot chocolate.

This free event is made possible by the City of Camrose, Government of Canada, Fortis, Tourism Camrose, Canadian Tire and New Country 98.1

A variety of fun classes such as painting, photography, fabric sculpting, dance, barbershop singing, yoga and gel nail technician are offered. Victim Services is looking for compassionate men & women to join their unit. Help victims of crimes cope with the trauma of the situation, provide support, information and referrals and help guide them thru the justice system.

Clinic hours are Monday to Thursday from 2-8pm.
